Red party hat

Red party hat Bulbasaur, Charmander, Squirtle, Pikachu, and Eevee, and clone Venusaur, Charizard, Blastoise, and Pikachu were released at the start of Pokémon Day 2020. Shiny forms of party hat Pokémon were also released.
